How it Works?

How our Online Programming works:

Inquire via southsideclub@live.com, we will send you a questionairre for your fitness program and/or meal plan program. The Questionairre Form is needed so all information can be gathered to create your programs, including: goals, health history, current health status, injuries, past experience, and areas to focus on. 

Once you’ve filled out the fitness and/or meal plan questionnaire and your payment is processed, here’s what you can expect:

 

1. You will be emailed an online Waiver and Contract.

- The Waiver is a general liability form required to keep all parties safe and aware of our rights and timelines.

- The Contract is to lock in our commitment to your program.

 

2. All programs are on a 3-5 business day turnaround period. If the wait will be longer, you will be notified.

 

3. If you have any questions, need help or assistance getting started, support is available via email only.

 

4. Program adjustments are made every 4 weeks, adherence dependent!

 

5. You will be responsible for sending in your completed feedback form 5-7 days prior to completion of program. Feedback forms are placed on a list in the order in which they are received. You will carry on with your original plan until further instructions are given.
