POST OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP: 10-WEEK PROGRAM

Do more and feel better for the rest of your life! 

This program is designed to allow you to continue training on your own time using a minimum of equipment and space and you will be able to follow this program both indoors and out.  The design of this program should keep you engaged and encouraged throughout.  Our goal is to improve your body’s ability to store, utilize and output energy so that you can do more and feel better for the rest of your life!

 

Length: 10 Weeks
Total Days per week: 5
Training Days: 3
Bonus Days: 2
Bonus Recovery Packages: 1 & 2

Required Equipment: Skipping rope or treadmill for indoor training; a timer
Optional Equipment: Dumb bells or a kettlebell and a fitness or yoga mat
Fitness Levels: Suitable for ALL fitness levels
