PRE-BASIC MILITARY TRAINING: 12-WEEK PROGRAM

Need to meet the physical fitness requirements before joining?
Want to maximize your chances of passing by being as fit as possible prior to your course?

This 12 week program will prepare you to achieve your entry requirements and for engaging in your BMQ course by building on the fundamentals required of you during your time on course and throughout your military career. Designed by an NCO who knows how to build a civilian into a professional soldier. This is for those with the determination to succeed!

Required Equipment: Skipping rope or treadmil for indoor training; a timer
Optional Equipment: Dumb bells or a kettlebell and a fitness or yoga mat
