SQUAD PT: 6-WEEK PROGRAM

A PT Program that is ready made for you to sell to both your soldiers and your chain of command.

Designed originally to train Canadian Armed Forces Infantry Soldiers up to the platoon level, this program will allow you to ensure that your personnel are trained to an effective standard while still allowing them strength to maintain their own training program outside of work and organized PT. Each program is cycled over 6 weeks and focuses on strengths and skills required of a soldier to be sucessful. Included are session options for Sandbag PT, Log PT and Pool PT in order to keep your people interested to aid in developing unit cohesion.

 

The program includes a detailed explaination of goals and definitions, 5 weeks of training, 1 week of lower intensity training, 1 fitness evaluation.


Also included are: 1 BONUS Strength training supplement program, 2 BONUS Recovery Packages
